FHN Parallel Shaft Helical Reducer

Our gearboxes offer a versatile range with ratios from 5:1 to 110:1, along with the option for additional custom ratios through special orders. Available in box sizes ranging from 37 to 97, these gearboxes feature a wide horsepower range, from 3/4 HP to 25 HP. Engineered for high efficiency, strength, and low noise, they are built with all cast iron housings to enhance durability and reliability. The precision-machined gears ensure smooth rotation and quieter operation. Designed to accept gearbox flanges, these units require no coupling and are a drop-in solution for most major European-produced parallel reducer brands. Filled with HD320 mineral oil for an “M1” mounting position, the oil level can be adjusted for alternative mounting positions. Additionally, accessory kits such as B5/B14 Output Flanges, CEMA Flanges, and Screw Conveyor Shafts are available for customization.
